Jurnal ICMES: The Journal of Middle East Studies publishes two issues per year, in June and December. Manuscript submissions are accepted throughout the year. All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment and peer review before a publication decision is made. Accepted manuscripts are assigned to an issue according to the completion of the review and revision process, editorial readiness, and available space.

Submission does not guarantee publication in a particular issue. Authors are informed of the publication schedule once their manuscripts have been accepted and assigned to an issue.
