Jurnal ICMES publishes articles following a single-blind peer review mechanism to ensure the standards of its publications.  Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least one peer-reviewers. Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. If reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within six months of the submission date.

All articles submitted will be screened for plagiarism by Turnitin.

Jurnal ICMES is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
